Hello,
I am a 28 year old college graduate looking into skilled worker status. I'm in the process of looking at job options but, naturally, to get a a job you need status in Canada. How can I apply for jobs that are within my skill set? I am presently trying to make heads or tails of the forms and requirements. Any tips? Stories?

Hi,

1. CIC has put a hold on FSW and IIP program. Please check the link below:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/releases/2012/2012-06-28.asp

2. You can still apply under AEO category (In short, if you find an employer who is willing to employ you)

3. If you can share your NOC, it will be easier for the members to guide you in the right direction.

thanks, I will look into that right off.
