Ontario nominees : Need your sincere advice

Guys I have asked this thing earlier also.
But this time I want to know from thoe who have received nomination from Ontario.
The additional documents are to be sent by email or snail mail (hard copy) ?
Nothing in particular is mentioned in the mail.
They have said you have 30 days to respond to this email / contact our office
What does that mean ?

Just a reply to the same email with soft copies will do just fine.

What does that mean ?

Email is fine, however in the email also include your First and Last name, DOB, along with your express entry profile no, job id, File Number and case number (available in acknowledgement).
