Good afternoon,
I would like to know if my brother from Hungary can still apply for the Ontario Nominee program, after he was refused as a refugee and his and his children’s applications for Humanitarian consideration was refused as well. He was working full time for 1.5 years in Hamilton, ON for a company, which successfully hired more skilled workers during the last few years and they want to hire and bring over my brother too. He is a skilled worker and his trade is needed in Canada. Please let me know, how is his chance to get the work permit and permanent stay in Canada.

1. Extremely unlikely, with a refused refugee claim he and his family will be removed from Canada. CIC/CHC will probably not issue a work permit as that is for a temporary purpose and his refugee claim shows that it was it his intention to remain permanently.
