Ontario NOI

Hi,
My CRS Score is 435, NOC Code: 2133 (Electrical & Electronics Engg). My application is in the express entry pool since mid of October 2017. Now my immigration officer has suggested to apply for the Ontario program. If i apply, will i get an invite? what is the probability of getting an invite? or should i wait for the normal express entry program? will the scores get lower any time soon?

Have you received a NoI from Ontario yet? If so, once you apply in OINP and your application meets all their criteria, you will be granted an additional 600 points. Thus, with a total of 435 + 600 = 1035, you will only wait for the next draw to receive an official ITA.

It's up to you whether to wait or not for the normal Express Entry program. Both paths can lead you to a Permanent Residency. The only differences are the more money you will have to pay (there is an extra fee for the Ontario application) and the total time until you get the PR, since you will have to wait both for the Provincial process and the normal one.

If you feel the minimum CRS score will be decreased in one of the following draws, then you should probably wait.
