Ontario Interest Letter received but score is 340

Friends-

I got notification from Ontario- an Interest letter stating that they are interested in my profile but my score is 340. I do have a bachelor's degree. Am I eligible to apply? If not, why did I even get the notification?

If you meet the criteria, apply asap. This might be your best, if not the only chance to immigrate to canada with a crs of 340.
