only one month valid work permit

need to be sure, help me please!!!
my work permit will expire on jan 29, 2013 and i need my new born baby bring to philippines this coming november 2012, and will be back here in canada on december 2012, i have only one month left for my work permit visa.
Is the immigration of canada allow me to re entry even if i only have one month work permit visa??? bcoz my employer condession is, she will give me a new LMO/contract if my baby bring me home in philippines,,

Yes. As long as you have validity remaining. They may ask you what your plan is since it is expiring soon, so make sure you have an answer for the border officer, whether it is to renew your WP or go home.
