India post ka koi bharosa nahi. late ho jayega but mil jaroor jayega....kabhi to 10 din mein mil jati hai kabhi kabhi 30 days. I sent a letter to some relative and it took 35 days to reach...so dont worry...you will get it soon.

Mine was also registered post. 
....even one time i wasted money on speed post and it took 18 days..hopeless...Now i use Fedex only, costly but reaches in 3 days max.

Canadian postal system can classified as the worst in the world. A letter in Ontario can take a week to arrive. From south east Asia standard delivery time is 30-60 working days. Check Canada post delivery standards.
