Only 1 Biometric letter?

Hi everyone,

My mom applied online for herself and my dad for Canada Visitor visa. She got only 1 Biometrics Instructions letter for main applicant only. Is this normal? What are their next steps?

Normally either the primary applicant or secondary gets to be processed first.There would be 2-3 days gap. Just wait.

Do you know if both are eligible for biometrics. For ex. Folks older than 75 are exempt.

If above is not the case, then just wait. Even for a family application, it is normal for there to be a delay in processing of Co-applicants
