Hi! My name is fei from the Philippines. My employer submitted his application online last Jan 27. From what we have read, the standard processing time is 10 working days. However, until now, we still haven't received any message about the status of his application. The last message that we got was on Jan 27, confirming that they have already receive the application.
May I know if you have also encountered this same problem? I have sent a follow-up email last week to these addresses: 'Question@cic.gc.ca' and MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca but still no response from them.
Any recommendation or advice that you could give will be highly appreciated.
