Good evening, I applied for online temporary visa on 17th of July, 2019 ,have done my biomentric and the date for the training is close, I went to there office I was told to send email to Kenya that it been treated in Kenya. Please did any one have the number I can call please. Thank you.

There's no phone number to call. If you haven't sent an email yet - you can certainly do that.

Your processing times doesn't look unusual so far. It can often take a few months to receive a decision.
