I was trying to get a code for applying for my BOWP online and it did not work as I got asked about LMO (which I dont have one as I am holding BOWP) and they said I am not eligible but I have AOR and my current PGWP will expire in about three months time so I think I meet the eligibility part.

I called CIC call centre today and they said all BOWP applications will have to go through paper based application as the system is not working at the moment......I wonder if there is anyone else on this forum came across similar situation like I did?
 
I just tried the questionnaire and it worked fine.

Hi joolery,

Do you have a LMO? Do you mind if I ask what you selected under work situation as an appicant who applied under CEC?

It looks like I am still having some trouble with getting the code for online application......If you can give me some guidance on this that will be of great help!

I said no to written job offer (even though I have one) and yes to all of the PR questions.

That was my concern too......I wonder how can they process existing online applications if the system is down. The call centre agent just told me to use paper based application but it takes so much longer to process paper application so it is something that I am trying to avoid using. I am glad that I asked and you are so eager to help.

It's such a stressful process, am more than happy to help anyone I can! (I'm still waiting for AOR :()
