online status not changing

Hello All,

I was asked by cic to submit few documents. I submitted those documents via email 6 days back but the online status is still 'your action is required'.
please guide me what should I do?

I think they accept documents only through case specific enquiry or you have to upload them to your online account. What method did you choose? It also take them at least a week to update your account after receiving docs.

In the letter they told me three methods of sending documents.
1st via email at abdbi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca
2nd via fax
3rd mail at some address in Abu Dhabi

I chose 1st one which is also preferred method by Cic.

should i send again by case specific enquiry?

No I don't think so, You should stick to what their letter mentioned.
