Online status check, 2nd line appeared in process but no medical received

well, my status is:
We received your application for permanent residence on May 1, 2014.

We started processing your application on February 12, 2015.
My friend has exactly the same dates, but she has 3rd line, medicals received. I had ordered GCMS notes, it is mentioned there that medicals were received(upfront). Why don't I have the 3rd line? Is that a problem?

I wouldn't worry I had the same issue. I emailed the office dealing with our app and within a couple of weeks the medical info had been added to our status. Sometimes they just aren't very good at keeping it up to date. The fact it is in your GCMS notes should put your mind at ease.

1st of all thanks for ur reply..
We ordered GCMS notes on 15.01.15 and by that time they hadn't started the processing(they started on 12.02). So when we got the notes, I just saw that they received medicals but as I changed my surname after marriage (medicals were done on 18.03 and the civil marriage was on 25.03), it was written MEDICAL RESULTS ARE TO BE REVIEWED BY VO as it didnt match the details they had.
