Online Spousal Sponsorship - Question

Hi everyone,
I would like to apply outland Spousal Sponsorship, but I only got a Chinese version birth certificate, i need to submit certified true copy and english translation of the birth certificate. How can I submit these documents? Just scan and upload ? or courier to IRCC?

Scan it and upload it... you don't have to send (courier) any document to IRCC unless they ask for it.
