Online spousal IMM0008 Cannot "save and continue"

IMM0008 was "ready to submit" but I wanted to edit to make a small change, now I cannot get past the second page as the save and continue is greyed out.
All entry fields are ok, I did not even change anything on the second page, but it will not let me advance to next page.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi did you resolve this issue? I'm currently stuck on "personal details" on IMM0008. I filled the entire form out months ago and just want to double check everything is correct but the "save and continue" button is faded out and I can't click it. All required fields are filled in. There is a dialogue box that will not go away (appears just under "marital and relationship status") that says, "If you want to add, edit or remove a spouse, partner, or dependant(s) from your application, you must make the changes in the profile page". I've clicked that link and it doesn't resolve.

I've tried clearing cache, cookies, tried Chrome and Edge, used my laptop and my partner's desktop and nothing changes the situation.
