Online Receipt of payment - Who is the Clean? Do I have a Client ID?

I printed out the official receipt from CIC Canada but I need to put in a 'Client ID' and 'Client Address' etc. We payed for the Sponsorship App and Sponsored Person's app on the same receipt... who's info do I put on it? We are applying Outland while I'm in Canada 'visiting'

we put my husbands info the applicant.
but i think some people have put the sponsor and some the applicant.

usually the client id refers to the sponsor. so you could put the sponsors info.
