Online or paper baged application

Dear all friends I got my LMO
Going to apply in two weeks
My question should I apply online or paper baged

I have laywer who is in Toronto said he gona apply for me online when it will approved he will send me email copy and I will submit my nearest canada visa office ( sydeny australia )

Pls note I m from australia , Pakistan national

Please clarify ::: apply for what?
This forum is for CEC PR applications and as far as I know, you cannot apply online
