Online or distance education

Hello,
I've already had a bachelors degree, and I need to improve my education.
If I've gotten 1 year diploma(online or distance learning) from the country witch I live in or from another country, would WES evaluate this diploma or certificate for IRCC?
If yes , can I claim two or more certificates....

Hard to answer your question as don’t know if your bachelors has been assessed as such. Also don’t know what school or program you are taking so don’t know what is will be assessed as. You will want to pick a really good school.

If I've got a 1 year online postgraduate certificate, lets say projects management from Canadian institute or college ( online , distance learning from the country wich I live in).

So can I claim two or more certificates to increase my CRS points?

If from a DLI then yes. Pick a public college not private. Are you coming to Canada to complete and counting Canadian education, then you need a study permit.

I only need a certificate to upgarade my education to obtain higher CRS score under ( two or more certificates, degree, diploma... etc)

my CRS will be 471 if I did very well in IELTS exam.
