Online IMM1295 upload error

Hello experts!!!

I am trying to upload this form 1295 but everytime it refused saying it is outdated version, though I have freshly downloaded it and validated, but i cant seem to accept it to upload.

Could you kindly advise, where am I going wrong.

The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted "

Even though I have thoroughly checked and each and every answer is complete. I dont know whats the issue????????

it says Scan the document and then upload it.
I thought we were to do the electronic signature later stage.........isnt it???

Do we have to print and scan these forms and then submit them to online.........Please advise thanks.

I am getting this message :

Can anyone advise if the form IMM1295 has been to changed to newer version or what??? or where am I going wrong, could anyone help me out there.......appreciate it.
