Online courses and visa status

hello , I'm a second year international student in nova scotia , i just finished my first year and I did not like the area im living in or even the university , I tried applying to universities in quebec or toronto but i wasnt accepted , my question is would i be able to take online courses with my current university in nova scotia but while living in montreal , i really need help regarding that . My other question is would i be able to take a gap semester , would it cause a visa cancellation ?

1. Depends on your university, no restrictions from the perspective of study permit. Although you have to work out your tax and medical insurance.

2. Gap of 3 months will lead to cancellation.
