online applied from india in march for may intake still waiting 4 visa...

I have applied online on 20th of march from india for may intake but still no reply from CIC....please help what to do next??
as my college is going to start from 2nd of may....feeling clueless right now.... :'(

No i haven't contacted them as my agent advised me to wait 1 more week and btw i dont know how to contact them
