Online application status PROBLEM ! please read

Hi All.

I am Lebanese and have applied for Immigration around a year or so. Till recently I was able to track my application online using the CIC website, and it said, application received and under process.( with the dates received and all )

Now, around 2 moths ago, I tried to check the application again, and it came with no results found... I am sure using the same info as before ( when I was able to see the application ). So wondering what seems to be to problem and what does that mean ?


Any advice, Please ?
