Online application- how to upload physical presence calulation?

Hi, I recently started an online application. Any idea how to upload the physical presence calculator online? Do I scan the print out? I cannot see anywhere how to download it. thanks.

Print the online physical presence calculation as a pdf and then upload the same pdf in your online application.
