On the CIC illegibility tool there is this question:
Do you have a family member who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and is 18 years or older?
If one clicks in "family member", it shows the following info:
An applicant's closest relatives, in the context of an application to CIC. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.
I do have an uncle who lives in Canada and has a PR card and also my aunt has received Canadian citizenship. Should I answer YES or NO?
Cause the help info talks about spouse, common-law partner, children.
