I have an account on visit visa portal that I used last year to apply for my mother in law visa, and was approved. Can I use the same email address / account to apply for my mother's visit visa? Please advise and thank you

I'm inviting my mom filling out the form, yes acting as representative. Can I use the same account I used for my mother in law ?

You can bring a formal representative for multiple people. Essentially what immigration lawyers and consultant do.
