Hello everybody,

I think that 90% of the people, rejected for being non-elligible under the new NOC requirements will
re-apply 1 year after last submission stating now that they worked as an elligible profession in the last 1 year.
Possibly the Honourable CIC officers won't be persuaded that ALL "rejects" at once got promoted to fit the new requirements....and they'll get rejection again.

Or is there a real chance for approval?

I'm interested to see your opinions/ comments .

Best regards!

If your situation has changed, from where you were not eligible to now having become eligible, you have as good of a chance as anyone else.

rightly said. they will judge ur exp from the date u apply and not from an earlier date.

regards.

Dear SSY81, I know what you actually mean. You feel that all those people who get rejected are likely to LIE a year later so you feel that your chances as very low. Listen mate its alright to get rejected because you did not qualify but if someone LIES, gets caught and the gets rejected it is very unlikely that he will ever immigrate to any country. Now days all these countries are sharing data and information.

I had not told the UK embassy anything about my Canada immigration because I did not think that was of any interest to them. Last year when I went on a holiday I had to apply for a swiss visa and the same was stuck (by mistake) on the page marked by the police when I got PCC. So there is absolutely no way of UK knowing about my Canada thing but they knew everything when I applied for UK visa extension.

So you don't worry over foolish people as long as you are honest.
Good luck.

Each application will be judged based on the merit and evidence..... Just be honest and present your case with facts. Good luck and happy holiday season.

Thank you for your answers.

I asked this question because I'm reading online that Canada (alike the rest of the world) is affected with the current economic crisis.
Even there are calls inside Canada the immigration to be entirely halted for the future 3-5 years. Not sure if this will happen, but immigrating as a FSW becomes more and more difficult.

Also heard that new changes will affect the Immigration law from Jan 2010 (does someone have details about that)

May God help us all!
