I know this process is stressful and we all feel it so I thought I would share something on the lighter side.
First up My hubs and i are both stubborn, headstrong and live to be right... I'm in Australia hes in Toronto.
We like so many others are playing the thumb twiddling waiting game for aor. ( which may or may not be coming since I am blonde and used an older form) .
Anyway I asked hubby if he had received an email from the cic.. he then started telling me that in Canada it would go straight to his online account ( which has not even been linked yet) . He got on his high horse and refused to check his email instead logging on to his account b4 saying there was nothing there. I could not help what happened next. Hes looking at all his pages and what not and even googling the online account thing, trying to show me it would go to his account since it's all the government. I got the giggles.. hes so serious at this point. I had to mute skype. He pulls a really cute face when hes concentrating which makes it hard to take him seriously when hes serious.. lol. Thank goodness for the mute button... its been used 100s of times over the last 4 years, but that usually just so I can fart without him hearing... lol .
There has to be some benefit too being apart right? Lol
