The job I came to Canada on has ended (work permit still active until next September) and I submitted an "Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Visitor or a Temporary Resident Permit Holder" along with my Express Entry/CEC PR application. In my PR application, I reference this visa change application for full transparency. Today, I noticed the visa change application has been cancelled (I don't recall it having this status the last hundred times I checked on a daily basis).
My PR application still says submitted and it looks as if it's just pending 1 or 2 things. What could this visa change status update mean? If I don't need a visa change, could that mean my PR will be accepted shortly? Or is that a very optimistic outlook? Worst case, will this change ruin my PR causing it to be rejected? My heart is racing...
