Once approved, how many months if not year the applicant is required to land?

Let's say I submitted my Immigration Application for my spouse in August and somehow was approved in Oct. What's the grace period allowed to land? Tks for your ans in advance!

Usually you have until your medicals expire or your passport expires whichever is sooner. The medical exams are good for one year...
