Hi just asking a general inquiry.
I'm currently on work permit as a cook in Newfoundland.
Can I apply for express entry now?
Will it be faster than pnp?
Anyone can advise me on this who has a similar experience.

Yes - you can apply for Express Entry now if you meet the minimum requirements. Note that you need around 460 points to be selected out of the pool. Yes - Express Entry is typically quite a bit faster than PNP.
