See if you meet the Federal Skilled Worker program requirements, you have to score at least 67 points out of 100. Then, find out what your CRS score would look like, assume a reasonable result for your language test, usually IELTS for English speakers. This will give you an idea of how competitive you are relative to the current cut-off score. See how that goes.
Then if you meet the eligibility requirements and want to move forward, register an Express Entry profile under the Federal Skilled Worker program as a starting point, provide all your details and enter the pool. You'll need to do a language test and get an ECA for your qualifications in order to do so.
Once you're in the pool, you'll be eligible for the round of invitations which are normally issued every 2 weeks.
However Frank, be prepared to lose quite a few points because of your age. An applicant loses 5 points for every year they are older than 29. That will add up.
You'll have to find ways to offset that loss in points, either through a job offer, trying to get a provincial nomination, or getting a good language test result in French.
