On ecass,, without letter?

Our appl is finally in process it shows on ecass as of feb 1st, but I have not yet received a letter that I was aproved to sponser my husband? is that normal? or am i just worrying to much?

i guess its in process to decide if the sponsor is eligible. takes about 30 days..
then u will receive a letter.
if u worry so much about anything, just call them and ask.

yeah and i think im starting regretting that i applied inland. the reason was that i wanted to stay with my husband as long as possible.

I was under the impression that we do not receive written confirmation from vegreville until first-stage approval (5-6 months).

I don't think they send letters until the 1st decision is made.

So as soon as your date is shown on Ecas, it still takes 30 days plus for them to send you the letter notifying of approval?

Ours showed "In Process" for about a month until it changed to "Decision Made". Then we got an approval letter about 2 weeks later.

is there anyone that is at this stage ,dealing with vegreville? how are they there? do things take longer there than in other parts of country?

Wait...you sent your application in nov 17, and it already says "decision made" in e-CAS? hmmm...that's odd.

Hey i had sent my application on january 6th they recived it on january 7th, im using the IMM 5401 Receipt to check the status on
my application but it says no record found, i have not gotten a letter from CPC yet, but on the processing time it show applications recieved upto january 7th, or is that BEFORE the 7th or does it include mine also since they recieved it on the 7th,
or will i have to wait for a file #, to check the status

On our E-Cas says "decision made" and that they will contact us concerning the decision. Two weeks passed - nothing.

mrs B, you applied inland to Vegreville, yes?

It depends on where you are, how long the letter takes to arrive in the mail. In my case the letter arrived two weeks after ecass said "decision made".

Hi blue dragon.. yes we applied inland, on nov 17 they received appl and since feb 1st it show up on ecass.. its in vegreville.
