On a work holiday, help for citizenship application.

Hi guys,

I'd really appreciate if someone can help me answer this question. I am currently on a work holiday and I'm not coming back yet, I've only been gone for a year. While I fully comply with the residency requirement, I need to do it within the next few weeks, so I'm going back to Canada to apply.

However, I don't know what to put under the home address, is listing the address of a friend fine? Since I'd be living with a friend for a couple of weeks while I apply, should I also put this address in section 10 a) (where I have lived during my eligibility period)?

It'd really save me a lot of stress to have this answer, thanks!

Be honest and say where you live.

Hi there,

Not sure what you're stressing over for? Your living address is the address you live at currently, be it your friend's or yours! The address you will be put in during your eligibility is the address you lived at. Simple.

I usually stress a lot over these things.

Ok, so since I'll be living with a friend during the period of the application, that's the address I'll use. Thanks!

Of course I'm listing in section 10 a) that I've lived abroad, I was just not too sure what to put under present address at the time of application.
