Today I received a call from SIRC as I complained to them regarding the delay in which CSIS were taking ...and the dude on the phone tells me ' CSIS were done with your file on Oct 14th 2010 ' I told the dude I could kiss him lol ...!!! so now the real question is..where is my file as my IO sent me a letter on Dec 04 2010 asking me to re do medicals as CSIS have not been in touch as of yet ? so called the IO and left a msg for him to call me ASAP .

I hope to god this is the end of the road for me .

Hey eyeoftheocean - Congrats!!

Just a note, a couple of people have mentioned some crazy mistakes in addresses, names and file numbers (wrong file number and name but correct address) on communication from VO so maybe just check they have it all right on your file to be sure. Best of luck and again congrats!

thats awesome! did CSIS say they were in process with it still... im guessing ur complaint helped push them to finish!!!

NO CSIS told SIRC they sent it back to CIC in October, I guess writing to SIRC really did help ;D it only took 5 months for the security check ...Im so curious as to where my file is though .
