Hi I’m sending my mail from canada to oman pcc by post

my concern i need to pay for return post aswell or oman police will send my pcc to me ?

If I don’t have return post along with mail they will send back my pcc to canada or what ?

Please help and tell me if anyone did oman pcc from canada
