Old Portal vs New Portal

Hello Guys,

I have a query. It is normal if your current status is changed to the next step but it is not updated on the new portal. However, it is updated on the old portal with a GCC account.

My biometrics are done on May 2nd and now they are reviewing my eligibility criteria.

Does it mean my file after the 22 days has been put forward in front of a visa officer?

Any feedback regarding this will be highly appreciated.

Can anyone tell me which portal should I follow for new updates? Both portals? Updates are not in sync that's why I am asking

GC Key will have overall application status & tracker is not real time although it does have activity updates

is it normal if status has been updated on tracker/new portal but not on the GCC account/old portal as yet or vice versa? In short, whatever latest update has been done on either portal , is the one to follow and this is where your application is at the stage? As I noticed that, the same updates do not appear in the system at the same time on both portals.
