I need expert advice.

I just want to ask in regards with my application for PR to cic. I include my 2 old kuwait police clearance dated oct 2013 and nov 2, 2014 on my application with explanation letter that I'm hoping that perhaps they consider it since I never returned there since I left May 2012 that if they still desire I can still request and provide new one. In this case, is there possibilities that they will consider or reject my application? Im in Pnp category.

Send the latest one which is nov 2014 with cover letter and latest pcc from your current country. That would suffice. :)

Thank you for your reply FSWCIO.

I include both pcc and my latest pcc from my current country.

I hope they consider it.

Thanks.

I had a friend who was from Bdesh apply. He was in India for 2 years, got a police certificate while applying for Canadian student visa. He used this outdated pcc when applying for PR(after nearly 2 years) stating that he has never gone back to India. But CIC still requested a latest PCC from India, while processing his application.
He had to do the process again of getting the pcc and caused unwanted delay in securing one from India while being in Canada.

So I would say do try and get a new one, you might never know and it never hurts to be prepared.

PS:He was a MPNP applicant.
