Old platform to new platform

Hello,

I applied for Visitor visa in December last year, but I recently got to know that IRCC has created a new IRCC portal specifically for Visitor visa and certain other applications,

So my question is that can we transfer or link our old portal application to new one?
If not, then what other options are there? because I don't think they process old portal's application at all.

You can’t transfer a file. You reapply with the new portal.
