Old medicals and pcc cand be send to ottawa after A0R or not?

I applied to CEC in april and recieved AOR 2 days back.
Now i want to send pcc whicg i already got it.I am planning to send pcc to Ottawa.
I have a quick question
My wife came here on a visitor visa this feb. She got her visa until the expiry of my workpermit which is december 2014.While coming to canada she has undergone medicals(dec 2013).I didnt send sent my wife medicals with my application.Can i use that mediaclas for cec.
Can i send this medicals with pcc to ottawa.Does it going to delay my process.

Once AOR is received, is this the address to which additional documents(if applicable) to sent?

-- Certainly you can send it, however its CIC prerogative to use them or they may request a new one. As far as delay any communication with CIC may affect your processing time to about a day or two (max). You should be fine
