Here is my worry.
Before my marriage I used a different last name that is not my actual maiden name for all social media accounts. (Facebook, linkedin , Twitter)Not in any official capacity. I deleted all social media a few years back.

Now when I search my old name there is a LinkedIn account appearing. I don't have access to it anymore. I couldn't see the connections too. It just shows I was a student of a particular university from 2008 to 2011. But in reality I was a student from this university for 2006 to 2011. It doesn't show any data from 2006 to 2008 or after

1. Should I declare this name under alias.

2. If so will I be in trouble, as it mentions 2008 to 2011. It's technically not untrue.

There is no requirement to declare social media accounts. IRCC does not ask for it and you are not required to disclose them. Not sure where you got the info from.

IRCC only does open searches. see https://bit.ly/3u0QUq3
