I have applied under the old immigration rules before Feb 27th and they have requested some Tax documents and my transcripts and I sent them whatever they have requested.

I have a question though, since my points totals are coming up to exactly 67 including the IELTS results which I submitted with the application, is there a chance that my application still get rejected? I have 67 Solid points, IELTS submitted, if let's say my Medicals and My funds, my education and experience is verified and are fine, still they can reject my application for any unknown reason?

I know final decision is in IO hands, but what are the chances of getting a PR in my case? Just a rough idea?? Do I have a hope here...

Also, I am in West coast, does my application will be transferred to LA or the decision will be made from Buffalo directly? Approximately how much time I have left in the process

Total elapsed time "265 Days" - I am patience, just trying to get a rough idea...

Thanks

If you have 67 solid, they will not refuse you but if they are not solid and they calculate you with less than 67, they will deny.

I have solid 67, which means, I have many years of experience, US degrees/education, Age, IELTS Done so it seems solid to me, from no where you can take away my points.

I guess that is why they asked my Tax docs to ensure I have work experience in the field I am claiming, but you never know - I will keep my finger crossed.
