just want to know the company whos experiance i have claimed has been closed for last three years.

how they cic verify tht. i have send experiance certificate

Have you explained in a letter that it's closed or did it happen after you sent in your application? Anyway, these things happen, and I'm sure they've come across this lots of times before. Don't worry, I feel this may not affect your application negatively. Wait for others to reply who have already gone through this. Good luck!

Well, its not your fault that they've packed up.
Just Explain in a letter to the CIC. Show pay stubs or any thing that you have from the company. That should do the trick.

Note, that recently a lot of companies have had to close due the world economy. So, I am sure they are aware of this situation as well.
