I worked for ABC company last year and I have all my pay stubs under that name. Now the company has changed its name to DEF and I no longer work at that company. When I ask for a Letter of reference, It will be under DEF name as the name got changed and my pay stubs will be under ABC name.
Will this be a problem during my application process and what steps do I need to take to resolve them ?
