Old cases are considering for immigration?

Hi,

Im Arun working as software Eng have got AOR on Feb-25th-2008.I heard my case is under old track and from Mar-09 CHC started new track who applied after 2009 -mar.So will chc consider my application?if dey consider how long it may take for the next proces?????.i filed my case in India,New Delhi.

They will still consider your case but it will probably follow old timelines. Please check trackitt for what the timelines are for similar applications. You could also check CIC website for their statistics.

Arun, Your apps shall be dealt on its merits, but not under the "2009 'fast track' system".

What about applicant who applied in 2008 and got AOR and request for document submission?

Bro,
It is suposed to be the same, but what we r seeing practically (trackitt) the Feb-Nov 2008 cases seem to be something of an 'intermediate phase'. While the post Nov 08 (mainly 2009) cases seem to be getting preferential treatment. Thus, seem to be the 'real' fast-track.
