OINP Work Experience

Hi,

I decided to only show 1 year worth of work experience in same NOC by showing 10 months of previous employment and my current employment (3 months as of today). Would that be an issue?

I plan on showing letter of recommendation from previous employer and also show letter of current employment signed and stamped. I reckon by the time the officer receives my application documents, I would be 4 months in, which will bring 14 months of full time employment under the same NOC. Any one can confirm if this is ok?
