OINP VS LMIA PROGRAM

I got open work permit for 3 years and with my field experience i am not getting enough points tho! Because i did high school back home! And i have an experience as a manager in food chain for 1 year so can anyone guide which one is better for me doing OINP or LMIA! (ONTARIO BASED)

Are you saying that high school is your highest level of education? I don't believe you can qualify for OINP with a high school education.

No i did 2 years of diploma course in Algonquin college

I think OINP is the better option. It is next to impossible to get an approved LMIA.
