I am sending out the documentation to apply for the OINP process. I noticed that oddly, except for the Passport copy of the dependants (incld. Spouse) they haven't asked for any Educational or IELTS certificate for my spouse. Though as per the EE CRS score table, she is contributing points from the Education and Language capability aspects. Nor have they asked for a copy of the Marriage Certificate.

Do I need to send out my Spouse's college certificates, WES report, IELTS Certificate, marriage certificate etc. along with my documents still? I was planning to attach it to the end.

Yes.
You need to attach copies of your wife's following documents:
- WES Report (You also need to contact WES for the ECA Report being directly send to Ontario and attach the receipt of the ECA Report after you order from WES)
