One of my friends applied for OINP recently. His first submission had missing document, so after submission and payment, he realized that mistake and he withdraw that submission before it went to processing. He submitted another one with payment within the same profile. Now OINP has charged him for both submission. He has sent them an email for refunding for the first withdrawn application, and have not received a response yet. Has anyone faced that issue before and got refund from OINP? Most OINP refund threads I have read here say that it is very hard to get refund from OINP.
