I am an IT professional with NOC 2281, I am 37 years old and having 10+ years of experience as Network Administator from Saudi Arabia, I have IELTS L 8, S 7.5, R 6.5, W 6.0, I have credentials assessment from ECA Graduation degree 4 years. My score in EE profile is very less 316 therefore i need PNP to achieve immigration.
Can i apply paper based application for Ontario to get nomination or any other province?
