Oinp nomination success rate for cec inland applicants residing outside ontario

Hi everyone,
I was wondering whether anyone here working outside ontario in canada with no strong ties with ontario got successfully nominated?
I completed my education in B.C and am working full time, a permanent position in Alberta. Can anyone please advice me whether I can be successfully nominated for OINP??. I would qualify for the rest of the criteria except for the ties. I have a couple of family friends am that's it.

Pretty good chance, just that OINP will usually request a settlement plan in Ontario, or proof that you intend to be economically established in Ontario (job searches, job interviews, career prospects in your field, lease agreements, friends, relatives, etc.).

Thank you so much for the reply.. Now, with the new current trend of high crs score cut off around 470's, even clb 9 with one year of experience won't be enough.. Hope the rules change in favour of international students pretty soon. +1 for you for giving me confidence.
